We provide primarily private transportation. This means only those in your party will be aboard. We do offer a Shared Shuttle Option when you make your reservation, however, there is no guarantee another party will be available for you to share your shuttle with. Yes! Black Diamond Shuttle uses only Four-Wheel drive, Chevy Suburban, SUV’s to make sure you get safely to your destination. Unlike our competition, which sometimes leaves customers stranded, we can get you there!
Airport Shuttles need to be requested and confirmed 24 hours in advance of your pick up time.
Park City Resort Transfer Shuttles need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
All other shuttles need to request reservations 24 hours in advance. If you need a shuttle sooner, please don’t hesitate to text us at 801-920-1744. If we can make it happen, we will. Keep in mind popular shuttles, dates and times fill up fast. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays are our busiest days. We recommend requesting a reservation for your shuttle early to avoid any disappointment.
Black Diamond Shuttle drivers work crazy hours and operate under extreme weather and road conditions, all while maintaining an up-beat, positive attitude.
Gratuities from our customers are an acknowledgment for a job well done. This recognition goes a long ways towards our driver’s morale and is greatly appreciated. Typically, our drivers receive 18% to 25% for on time, efficient service or service above and beyond what was expected.
Please note groups of 5 or more will automatically have an 20% gratuity added to their fare.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of submission of your online reservation request. When we process your reservation, you will receive a receipt and confirmation by email.
We offer a FREE stop for pre-ordered groceries and / or pre-ordered liquor on the way to your destination. Shuttle stops must be scheduled when you request your reservation.

Liquor: Utah State Liquor Store 1160 Patterson Ave. Ogden, Utah Call (801) 394-1898 and place your order over the phone. They will give you details of how to pre-order. (Please check the store hours when calling. The liquor store is not open on Sundays. Please note: regular beer is available at the grocery store.
It depends on where you are staying, weather conditions and road conditions. Based on recommendations from the airport and our experience, we suggest the following guidelines:

Yes, shuttles that include any driving time between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. incur an additional charge of $25.00 This includes the time it takes the driver to return to the office after dropping you at your destination.
Cancellation Policy: Changes can be made free of charge depending upon availability. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your reservation travel time and date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Fee can be credited towards a future reservation. Cancellations which occur less than 48 hours prior to your reservation travel time and date cannot be refunded.
Maximum wait time at the airport is 45 minutes from the time the aircraft shows on the ground on our tracking system. After the wait time has expired, the company reserves the right to redirect drivers to keep our commitments to our other customers. If a flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, we will make every endeavor to adjust our service to accommodate the customer on such a flight, however, the company may choose to cancel the service and provide a full refund to keep our commitments to our other customers.
